What problem does this address?

When WP 6.4 is released, and it would help to add this naming part to all or some of our Patterns.
WordPress/twentytwentyfour#515

For example in my case, usually it's quite complicated to use the Navigator - since all elements there have common names.
Having a proper naming, for example the Call to Action, About, Team, etc - should make things much easier.
