Create dedicated Slack Channels for each step

Description:
To better organize communication and support, we will create one Slack channel for each step of the course. This will allow participants to focus on discussions and questions relevant to their current step without overwhelming the general communication channels. Volunteers will also have an easier time monitoring and providing feedback based on the specific step a participant is working on.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Create a dedicated Slack channel for each course step (e.g., #step-0, #step-1, etc.).
• Channels are clearly labeled and visible to all participants.
• Volunteers are assigned to monitor and respond to questions in channels.
• Participants are informed about the new channels and how to use them.
• Ensure that the channel guidelines encourage step-specific discussions.
