Consider re-targeting How This Works into a trainee-facing view and a volunteer-facing view #1048

We're seeing people get a bit confused, e.g. because most of the content is actually geared towards volunteers but we assign it to trainees.

We should probably slightly make two of these and re-focus them a bit.
