Problem Statement: Allow links to be conveniently added to the grant under an "Attachments" section.

Ticket: Allow URL / Hyperlink attachments on the list.

Note: Your design should be flexible enough to scale to other types of attachments beside hyperlinking for future use cases.

Goal: Non-fugly Attachments with custom names similar to how you would bookmark a website
