User Story
“As a staff member searching for grants, I want to filter by status, date range, or amount, so I can quickly find relevant grants.”

Statement: This will be a frontend focused feature for now, filtering through all grants retrieved from Dynamo.

If someone clicks "Grant Name" Filter Alphabetically A-Z and Z-A, cycling through
If someone clicks "Deadline" sort in ascending and descending chronological order
If someone clicks "Amount" do the same as deadline but numerical order
If someone clicks "Status" do the same as Grant Name (String-based alphabetical)
