Opening plugin before getting-started has loaded

Clicking on a plugin before the getting started plugin has loaded causes the plugin to close as soon as the getting-started plugin finishes loading. This happens to me all the time. I suspect this is something that is most likely to impact power users who know exactly where in the app they are going, as opposed to new users that need a minute to figure out the app.

At times this bug is more pronounced, if the app is loading slowly. Sometimes I have a couple of seconds where I can activate a plugin before the getting-started screen has loaded and my plugin is closed.
