Support for Azure volumes

Lots of updated recently from the azure driver.

I confirmed with the devs that it can be used now, but caution against using in prod as there needs to be more tests done. We will officially add it to our driver lists on clusterhq.com once its prod ready, but its a working version of the driver now with the latest updates to master

Azure recently added managed disk support. Are there any plans to support these with flocker?
