write test for loading concordia
deploy to pypi (0.0.1. Our 0.1.0 release will be once we have a fully functional version with all the discrepancy reporting, but for now, we'll deploy it to let people start collecting data)
build out tests for discrepancy checking.
There are going to be a lot of tests. And we'll have to figure out what format we want our return values to take.
