Create markdown version of lecture blocks with citations rendered (e.g convert HTML to markdown

Using Strapi API:

Create new authors
Upload images to Strapi media manager
Create a new lecture block and upload the markdown content for each mini-lecture
Create a new lecture and upload the lecture description for each lecture
Create a new course and upload the course description
