Issue - not generating config file on install

Can't get humbug to generate a config file, changes are not persistent on server restart.

Humbug uses some special dynamic config, which means no explicit default config exists, even though each option has a default. If you want a config, you'll have to piece it together yourself

If you've changed a setting in-game, run "humbug save" to persist all changes you've made to the config. If you don't want the changes, just reboot the server and they'll be reset.
