hunger_slowdown and saturation_multiplier do nothing #75

As far as I can tell there isn't even code to these two Config options anymore.

Those were deprecated recently. And removed.

Saturation control never worked, there was a code bug until I fixed it a
month ago while no one was using it.

Slowdown did probably get removed.

If you need it, devoted's fork still has both, and both should be working
in that fork.
