Originally summed up sample_size as the "confidence" column, but I feel like the number of 5 min bin used for aggregation would be more useful. However, we could use sample_size as a filter for things like citywide tti aggregation to filter out observations that is only based on 1 vehicle or sth :meow_thinking:
