Remove defunct tokens from pricing API query

Cryptocompare is still returning old, incorrect price data for defunct tokens like NRVE that haven't been trading for quite some time, which is causing the USD total of the user's wallet to be incorrectly and absurdly high in some cases. We should filter these tokens from the pricing query (note that this will require synchronization with the pricing fallback API)
