Offline signing broken in N3 mode

Prerequisites:
None

Reproduction steps:
e.g.:

1. Start Neon Wallet
2. Click on "Watch"
3. Enter an N3 address with NEO/GAS funds in it
4. Click on "Send"
5. Fill out an amount and a destination address
6. Click "Generate transaction JSON"

Instead of generating and displaying an unsigned transaction JSON string, the following error appears:

OOPS! SOMETHING WENT WRONG...
Error: InsufficientFunds
