Services: show information about consents given in user understandable form #136

Instead of API endpoints or abstractions, tell the user exactly what information the service uses about the user: name, email etc.

This obviously depends on the service.

Tunnistamo uses two different ways to do this at the moment. Only the other one (OpenID) makes it possible for us to list consents.

Tuomas Haapala is working on improvements that will provide more human-readable information
