Describe the bug

The documentation at https://docs.clamav.net/ states that the supported platforms include

Windows 7 & 10 32-bit: 3 GiB+
Windows 7 & 10 64-bit: 3 GiB+

However, the ClamAV 1.0.7 and later; and 1.4.0 and later binaries distributed via https://www.clamav.net/downloads no longer execute on Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 as there are missing imports.

If Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 are no longer supported, please document that fact in the release notes and announcements and please update the documentation. Otherwise, please consider this a bug report to alter the build rules to once again build for these platforms.

Thank you @fengkuangfj for sharing compatibility notes for each version.

As noted, the latest ClamAV versions don't work on Windows 7 anymore. Windows 7 is past end of life for support from Microsoft. The last time we upgraded tools on our build system, the resulting programs no longer work on Windows 7. I'm not sure why, but since Windows 7 is past end of life, we won't be doing anything to try to resolve it.

I'm sorry the documentation is out of date. We will fix it.
