Comparison with Lenstronomy shows visible errors in the TNFW potential. Here is a comparison with m=1e10, c=8, t=5 but the effect is visible with any configuration:
Clearly there is a sign error as the potential is decreasing for caustics and increasing for Lenstronomy. Flipping the sign alone is not enough to fix it. Also the caustics version seems more peaked at the center. Clearly need to go back over potential calculation for TNFW
