following the install & usage steps from your readme:

emulate "Pixel 4 XL"

outputs:

Specs for Pixel 4 XL (coral) -
Android Version: 30
Preferred ABI: armeabi-v7a
Screen Resolution: 1440x3040
Screen Density: 560

AVD Name: Pixel_4_XL_API_30

As was mentioned in the documentation, sdkmanager, avdmanager & emulator need to be accessible via command line.

Kindly refer to this tutorial setup instructions.

If you've already done this, try running avdmanager command in the terminal and see if it runs & share the details.
