Describe the bug

After installing Windows 10, 15 minutes after it reaches the desktop, App Installer will update.

Steps to reproduce

Install Windows 10
Open Event Viewer
Wait 15 minutes
App Installer will update

Expected behavior

Update App Installer through winutil to download from GitHub rather than MS Store.
