That's a bug with Windows 11. I had it happen on regular Windows as well

Ah. WinUtil should have a temp. fix for this then. Even Windhawk can't remove it.

I don't know about ways to fix this. There might not be any. What I do is leave an application there. It doesn't change. This is what I have:

Since this is a Windows bug, but not a dealbreaker, this issue will be closed. /close
