Describe the solution you'd like

A new Tab that would be the first one, which will show system information kind of like fastfetch.
In addition to the fastfetch like feature we could move the legacy control panels to it, so it is easier to access and used more often.
Now that we have space in the config tab, we could move the entire content of the "Update" Tab to "Config", so it is less cluttered and not one tab for one setting.

@og-mrk new messages of the actions do not mention the timespan anymore, meaning they'll always be right.
