Hey contributors, happy new year!
From the title of this post, want to discuss implementing this feature for when the user tries to install Apache Open Office (OO for short)
For the change, it can be opening a new tab for the Open Letter, a prompt warning "Hey, OpenOffice haven't had a major upgrade since 2014, see the successor of the project, Libreoffice" (if possible a hyperlink with the open letter)
I'm against removing OO from the installation selection because it wouldn't help the user to migrate over LibreOffice (LO), the user would instead download from the website or request to be reimplemented in winutil
