Noob here; forgive me for asking seemingly stupid questions.
I'm familiar with Scoop to install programs without modifying the registry and it appeals to me (FWIW).
I'm also familiar with winget cli. Based upon what I've read, the MS store uses winget "under the hood" so I use it when Scoop doesn't provide what I need.
The latest winutil installed Chocolately automatically which I wasn't expecting. Is Chocolately required to be installed in order to use winutil tweaks?
I probably don't know what I'm talking about, but any explanation about "all these so-called package managers" would be appreciated.
