You can access the online version of the app by visiting https://vhl-board.onrender.com. Please note that updates may take a few seconds to appear due to deployment limitations. For the best performance, we recommend running the app locally on your device.
Before running the app, make sure you have the following installed:
- Python 3.10 or later
- Dash 2.7.0 or later
- Pandas 1.5.0 or later
- Plotly 5.14.0 or later
- Clone this repository to your local machine.
- Navigate to the project directory in your terminal.
- Install the required dependencies using pip:
pip install -r requirements.txt
- Navigate to the project directory in your terminal.
- Run the app by executing
app.py
:
python app.py
- Open a web browser and navigate to
http://localhost:8050
to view the app.
The app allows users to interact with and visualize BRCA1 variants. Users can select different options from dropdown menus and update the visualization by selecting a subset of variants or different annotations.
