CBAM (pronounced /kəˈbæm/)

SETUP

Download sample datasets from Google Drive

git clone [email protected]:JudeWells/RocheHackathon2024.git
cd RocheHackathon2024

Move the downloaded datasets to the data folder in the project directory. Directory structure should look something like this:

# Create virtual environment and install dependencies
python3 -m venv venv_prot_gym
source venv_prot_gym/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
# check that the software is running
python src/train.py

If all working correctly you should see:

Training model on eval_files/MOUSE
