Auto Chisel has high Tick usage when not in use

I noticed a bit of lag and ran a Lag Goggles profile and found that every single Auto Chisel had a very high tick rate. And none of them where in use. Between 200-1000. Did not matter where they where placed. They are set up for auto crafting blocks. Im using Chiesl-1.12.2-1.0.2.45. Please let me know what I can submit for this issue.

It does appear that a chisel needs to be in the Auto Chisel block

I cannot I'm sorry. Lag Goggles does not seem to have a report of any kind. Im hosting a server and dont use any server profile tools. If it helps I am playing on the Industrial box mod pack from AT Launcher. On a test world the Auto Chisel with the chisel inside makes 14 uS/T. when i had all 20 up they made around 200 each. the empty ones without a chisel make none.
