Question regarding Forge MultiPart CBE

Are Chisel blocks/textures supposed to be supported using Forge Multipart saws, like the ProjectRed blocks?

We have no explicit support for FMP, I was always of the opinion that as our blocks are normal, dumb cubes FMP should support them out of the box. I really have no idea what needs to be done for support.

I remember reading this if it helps:

mods can add them by default in code, as ProjectRed does with its decorative blocks.
