The "radio" item doesn't calculate in the Configurable Report after choosing the first option in the item.

Preconditions:
The user is logged in at https://web.mindlogger.org/
The user has an applet with the configured report.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to an applet with a configured report.
2. Choose the first option in the radio item.
3. Pass an activity.
4. Go to email.
5. Open the email with the report.
6. Compare the report with answers from the activity.

Actual result:
The "radio" item doesn't calculate in the Configurable Report after choosing the first option in the item.

Expected result:
All items calculate and printed correctly.

Same with the "Slider" item. The "Slider" item doesn't calculate in the Configurable Report after choosing the first option in the item.

The issue has an impact on variable values as well.
If user selected the radio Option 1 or slider Option 0 then nothing will be displayed in the report:

The issue has an impact on the alerts section as well.
If user selected the alert radio Option 1 then the alert will be missing in the report:
