🔥 Remove unused Girder JavaScript Utilities and Views web GUI components

Girder comes with its own web GUI ("Girder JavaScript Utilities and Views") which we have basically not been using for this project (with the exception of using the login/logout to authenticate for the Swagger live API documentation. Girder JavaScript Utilities and Views has its own documentation, but when I was developing our API, I was focused on supporting our own interfaces and just letting the GJU&V interfaces erode.

Since I've largely left the project, a good number of the requests for clarification that I have gotten relate directly to these never-touched interface components. The components marked in red in the screenshot below should be removed from our fork entirely:
