Update Dummy Data

The current seed data for the database is limited. It should be updated to include more examples, including expired items.

"Dummy data" used for testing purposes should only be added to a dedicated test database, which should be distinct from the production database.

The production database should only be pre-loaded with genuine data, such as:

• a default system administrator with privileges to create more users
• pre-populated SKU data, as discussed in Issue #25 Question - 'Lookup SKU Codes' #37
