Real use case for distance tool clunky

Sophia sent us a real question on measuring the distance between 2456 W Roosevelt and 1000 S Western Av. I noticed that I can look up one address but can't look up both and have them show markers. Our OpenGrid app clears after each search.
How many quick searchs should be on the map?
