Detecting late responses

You have 30 seconds to respond to challenges

Networked drives can work but could congest your local network or be to slow to respond for rewards (should be less than 30 seconds).

How to know when the response time exceeds 30 seconds? Does the harvester or farmer log such event?

I'm running Chia on a Linux machine without GUI.

I finally figured it out!
You first need to set your log to INFO level $ chia configure --set-log-level INFO (probably need to restart the node too), then:
$ tail -f ~/.chia/mainnet/log/debug.log | grep eligible
This will print in real-time the challenges received, outputs lines of the form:
harvester src.harvester.harvester : INFO x plots were eligible for farming xxxxxxxx... Found x proofs. Time: x.xxxxx s. Total x plots
