#4902 is locked, please reconsider opening it

I'm just trying to help a newcomer (@bygsn), even though he did a mistake of spamming and I'm still mad about it.

I checked the PR is legit and it's fixing real bug. I hope maintainer team understand the value and rethink the decision to lock the PR. If I'm a newcomer and my first PR is locked even though it's legitimate bugfix, I might disappointed and don't want to contribute and engage in open source community anymore.
