Add additional set of regex criteria to search

In many cases, it would be convenient to be able to search based on an additional set of regex criteria. Specifically, being able to say "matches these regexes, but not these regexes". While it's sometimes possible to create a single regular expression which covers such conditions, it's not always possible and/or it has to get quite convoluted.
