In the GUI, creating an SSH Key-Pair for a user, when saving the file, the file extension defaults to .pem - which would have been fine if the user had select the certificate instead of the SSH key.
The file generated contains the SSH key information as expected. This is a UX/cosmetic issue, as some users may find the .pem confusing and conclude they don't have what they asked for.
