Update UI

I'd like to take a crack at updating and polishing the UI of the app. How do you feel about switching to TailwindCSS @ChaelCodes? The utility classes go right into the HTML and are often self-explanatory in terms of their function. It's also incredibly fast to get a decent looking modern UI going.

I don't want to use tailwind, sorry. I'll go into more detail later, but wanted to get you a quick answer on this before you started work on it.
