I'm using this app as successor for Stocard within my family. I want to maintain cards only once, but when importing "my" exported zip file to another device with existing app and content (cards), it appends all my entries and creates a lot of duplicates for already existing cards on the target device. It would be great to have an option to overwrite existing content on import or if too complicated, an option to delete all existing entries in a bunch on the target device before the import

(You should not see duplicate cards for already existing cards unless you changed something like the note field, photos, expiry, etc. Catima auto-deduplicates already when importing)
I can't follow this argumentation: I have an empty Catima - then I'm importing a Catima zip file from another device (everything fine). But when I'm importing exactly the same zip file again without having changed anything on the target device - I have duplicates of ALL cards in the zip file
That's weird, there is literally code to detect duplicates so that importing the same zip file multiple times without changes will not cause duplicates.
Are you using Catima 2.34.4? If so, can you please send me your Catima export file so I can try to reproduce this? There's contact info on my GitHub profile.
