New Add Friend command

As an admin, it would be nice to be able to add friend between players, as there's this bug where a player can be friend to another and the other doesn't see them as friend, and their turret could shoot them.

So a similar command to: af

But to add a player to another player as friends, instead of adding them to the admin using the command.
