TW Exporter: incomplete names in the checklists from TW

@gdower, it looks like we caught a bug probably cased by TW Exporter.

Working with Systema Dipterorum (#248 (comment)) and with Entiminae (#128 (comment)), I spot "truncated" names listed in CLB Inconsistent Name reports (look for names with the portion "var. var.".

They look like these:
Terellia var. var.australis Bezzi, 1924
Zygothrica var. var.flavociliata Hendel, 1936
Episomus var. var.confinis Faust, 1897
Episomus var. var.obsoletus Faust, 1897
