Installing Voxel2Tet

Hello Carl,

I tried to install Voxel2tet on my laptop but I get an error saying

"fatal error: vtkSmartPointer.h: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type
 #include <vtkSmartPointer.h>
          ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated."

I got this knowing that I installed the vtk-master library and I ran the command:
sudo apt-get install cmake libhdf5-dev libarmadillo-dev libvtk6-dev libtet1.5-dev libproj-dev

Could you help me to resolve this problem ?

I also encountered a problem with vtk, but it seems to have no effect on the normal use of the software and can be used normally. Compiled according to the author's instructions without much problem.

   "/usr/bin/vtkHashSource-6.3"
but this file does not exist.  Possible reasons include:
* The file was deleted, renamed, or moved to another location.
* An install or uninstall procedure did not complete successfully.
* The installation package was faulty and contained
   "/usr/lib/cmake/vtk-6.3/VTKTargets.cmake"
but not all the files it references.```
