Optimizing experience for document entry into CMS via cell phone

This option only allows 1 image at a time, so a multi-page document would be uploaded in multiple actions, each page as a separate document. In addition, you can't name the upload, so you would need to click into each document to view what it is, but you can't change the name of the document in the CMS. This means each document shows as an image (the name), and you can't tell what it is without clicking into it. Note from developer - ...the ideal experience could be to, on the phone, let the user: put in their own name for the document, and take one or more pictures directly on their phone that all become part of that document....Possibly a way to turn documents into PDF on the back end on the phone?
