AsyncStacktrace() -> CreateFunctionThatWillWrapErrorAndAttachAsyncStacktraceAndCallCalback()

return an object with methods...
AsyncStacktrace() -> {defualt: errorHandleFunc, setCallback: setCallbackFunc, useAsync: useAsyncFunc, ...}
getErrorHandlerFunc().setCallback().useAsync()
