Currently, there are 269,156 CVE Records accessible via Downloads or Keyword Search above

The proposed change will give the count, rounded down to the nearest thousand, with the wording changed as follows:

There are currently over 269,000 CVE Records accessible via Download or Keyword Search above

When the actual count of CVE Records increases above the next thousand, the number displayed will change accordingly.
