Unit frames should start with proper values rather than showing false damage/healing events. #73

sysrage: Currently,** when selecting a new unit, the unit frames incorrectly show damage or healing events (animations, bar updates, etc.). When first selecting a unit, none of these events should occur. The unit frame should just show the correct initial state.

This is temporary until we get the combat events passed to the client. This is something @Rob7045713 is working on currently. Once he's got that done, we'll have a task to make the events fire off of these rather than simply off of health value changes.
