User Story:
user can add a new FAQ item and user can edit or delete an existing FAQ item
user can style and format answers with common rich text formatting options using WISIWYG editor (bolditalicsunderline, orderedunordered lists, hyperlinks, h1h2/p/etc).

Answer WYSIWYG field
Boolean featured field
