Fill MEC role by late spring.

Work with Josh and Rusty in Sys Adv on JD and salary range
Post position
Eval how long position needs to be posted based on resumes received
Aim to evaluate 4-6 candidates
Eval who would be helpful during the interview (i.e. invite an eComm user?)
Interview may be in person if the office is open, but can also be done by Zoom (interview process needs to be the same for each candidate)
