Data vs. Time Series Viewer - Naming Consistency #21

"Time Series Viewer" is used about half the time for headers/labels, while "Data Series Viewer" is used in the other half of instances. This is when considering the repo name, all naming in the HydroClient, and all naming in the application interface. Naming consistency would seemingly be ideal.
