This is probably work for a later date, but I could imagine splitting this README into a number of smaller tutorials on: submitting jobs to Slurm handling environments via Anaconda managing data on Alpine e.g., the home, project, and scratch folders and their intended uses/limitations, and how to get data in and out (via Globus) and retaining this README as an overview of the system and links to those tutorials. I could also see keeping the value of it all in one file, too, so up to you, really.
