Move sourcing from bash script to dockerfile #1

I believe it should be possible to run the source line of the bash script directly within the dockerfile.

Copying it to .bashrc apparently won't work because no terminal is ever opened so .bashrc is not executed, but I leave this open in case we find a different solution.
