Distinguish between a “true” allergy (shock), an intolerance, etc. (past reactions).
Problem
There are different kinds of reactions within the category of allergies.
Solution
Create some sort of dropdown to categorize specific allergic reactions.
Alternatives considered
We may need to clarify what each type ("shock," "intolerance," etc), so that the patient selects the correct one. This may be an opportunity to include LLM.
